How reviews work
Sealed both ways
Neither side sees the other's answers until both have submitted or fourteen days pass.
Only after a real booking
Reviews exist only where there was a booking with a project ID.
Money isn't an opinion
Payment is recorded as a date, not a rating, from payroll where we can get it.
A private channel
Safety issues go only to us, read by a person, never published.
On anonymity, honestly. Names aren't attached publicly. What we promise: reviews aggregate before they publish, nothing shows under three, and refusing to book someone over a review gets a company removed.
